These icy delights are a celebration of health, free from refined sugars and additives. Crafted with the pure, natural goodness of fresh fruits, our popsicles are the perfect way to cool off on hot days. Get ready to indulge in the sweet, unadulterated taste of summer!

Multiply the recipe to prep extras for the week.
80g ripe pineapple, skin removed and diced
1 ripe pineapple, skin removed and diced
80g raspberries, rinsed
80g blueberries, rinsed
125-250ml coconut water
Manuka honey, to sweeten (optional)

Directions

1.
Blend pineapple with 2-3 tbsp of coconut water and a tsp of honey (optional) in the blender until smooth. Pour 1 tbsp of the juice into popsicle moulds as a first layer. Place in the freezer for 10-20 mins to set.

Blend orange in the blender until smooth. Pour 1 tbsp of the juice into popsicle moulds as a second layer. Place in the freezer for 20 mins to set.

Blend raspberries with 2-3 tbsp of coconut water and a tsp of honey (optional) in the blender until smooth. Pour 1 tbsp of the juice into popsicle moulds as a third layer. Place in the freezer for 10-20 mins to set.
Mark as complete

Blend blueberries with 2-3 tbsp of coconut water and a tsp of honey (optional) in the blender until smooth. Pour 1 tbsp of the juice into popsicle moulds as a fourth layer. Place in the freezer for 1-2 ½ hours or until completely frozen.

Notes

Storing leftovers: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 months.
Prep tips: Blend all the layers separately and put into glasses, ready to add to the moulds every 10-20 mins.
Additional boosters: Boost by adding some steamed vegetables into the layers.
Easy ingredient swaps: Swap coconut water for water or a plant-based milk.
Baby-friendly version: Leave out honey.
