400g silken tofu
200g vegan dark chocolate (70%)
60ml maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Directions

Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler.
Mark as complete

In a blender, combine melted chocolate with silken tofu, vanilla and maple syrup.

Blend on high for 2 mins.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
