Multiply the recipe to prep extras for the week.
1 medium ripe banana, frozen 
1/4 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1/8th cup cup spinach leaves (15g), washed and chopped
1 tsp chia seeds 
1 tsp flaxseeds
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 Medjool dates, pitted

Directions

1.
Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 
Mark as complete

Notes

STORING LEFTOVERS: Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze in popsicle moulds for up to 4 months. 
Simple swaps: Swap coconut milk for cow’s, oat, almond or soy milk. Swap spinach for kale. Swap cacao for carob powder.
For fussy eaters: Freeze smoothie into ice cube trays or popsicle moulds and sweeten with a tsp of manuka honey, stevia or maple syrup if required.
