| 4 cups (1 L) coconut milk or milk of choice | |
| 1 tbsp (15g) cacao powder | |
| 1 tbsp (15g) carob powder (optional) | |
| 1 tbsp (15g) coconut sugar or a pinch of stevia |

STORING LEFTOVERS: Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze in popsicle moulds for up to 4 months.
Simple swaps: Swap coconut milk for cow’s, oat, almond or soy milk. Swap carob for additional cacao.
To boost: Add 1 tsp of kid-friendly chocolate protein powder.
For fussy eaters: Top with shaved chocolate and coconut cream.
