4 eggs 
1/2 ripe banana, peeled
1 1/2 cups sweet potato, peeled, roasted, and cooled
1 tbsp flaxseed meal 
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, for frying

Directions

Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor and process until smooth. 
Mark as complete

Brush a large frying pan with some olive oil and heat over medium heat.

Spoon about ¼ cup of batter into the pan.

Cook for approximately 1-2 mins on each side.
