Indulging in some homemade goodness today with my Seeded Chocolate Clusters aka a healthy version of Florentines! Made with a delightful mix of nutrient-packed seeds, sweetened with maple syrup, and coated in rich dark chocolate, they’re the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth! Who said healthy couldn’t be delicious?

Ingredients

Batch Cook
Multiply the recipe to prep extras for the week.
80g pumpkin seeds
80g sunflower seeds
30g sesame seeds
35g chia seeds
Pinch of sea salt
80ml maple syrup
Coating
80g vegan dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor and pulse a few times until seeds have broken down. Alternatively, mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

With the help of a round cookie cutter, form round clusters by pressing approx. 2 tbsp of the mixture into the cookie cutter. Alternatively, spoon some of the mixture directly onto the baking paper.

Bake for 15 mins or until golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before touching them.

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil over a pot of boiling water.

Dip the bottom of each cluster into the melted chocolate mix and place chocolate face up onto a lined baking tray. Repeat with all the clusters. Alternatively, drizzle chocolate over clusters.

Place in the fridge until chocolate has hardened completely.
