Ingredients

medium (165 g/5¾ oz) ripe bananas
10 (150 g/5½ oz) pitted soft medjool dates
½ cup tightly packed (30 g) chopped kale leaves
cups (210 g) almond meal
1 cup (80 g) desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1teaspoon pure vanilla extract or powde
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Directions

1.
Line a tray with baking paper.

Place the banana, dates and kale in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well combined.

If the dough seems too sticky, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll level tablespoons of the mixture into small balls and arrange on the prepared tray. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
