| 5-6 (300ml) lemons, juiced | |
| 1/3 cup Manuka honey | |
| 4 cups cold water or sparkling water | |
| Ice cubes |
Optional add-ins:
| Fresh mint or basil leaves | |
| Lemon slices | |
| Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries | |
| Cucumber slices |
Directions
1.
Juice the lemons, then add juice and honey into a blender and blend until smooth.
Mark as complete

Pour lemon blend into a large jug and fill up with cold water and ice.
